The Emotion-Anger

We have often heard that anger is a negative emotion and being angry is a negative state of mind. So, how will we classify a person who we generally observe being furious? Will that person be called a negative person? We must understand that anger is only an emotion and cannot be one’s temperament. It is something which stems from some particular reasons and has its roots lying deep down somewhere in an individual’s mind. The kind of given circumstances people face are quite different from each other and thus prominent differences can be observed in their anger patterns. But one thing can surely be generalized that anger is a common emotion and is present in some amount in every person. As humans, we are capable of controlling our emotions and maintain a calm mindset during testing times, but anger is a state of mind where we may lose control over our mind and our thoughts. Once this happens, we become an example of the common saying that mostly wrong decisions are made when in anger. The Emotions Series-Intro

Hey Reader ! I have a question for you. What is the one thing we constantly do throughout the day, even when we aren’t engaged in any specific task ? My answer would be, we think, we feel. We always find ourselves in a particular state of mind, feeling a specific emotion. These emotions are like winds, which blow over us, considering the situation we find ourselves in. sitting in an examination hall can send a shiver down the spine, and after excelling in the exam, flowers of glee bloom. If unfortunately, the exam result does not come in favour, gloom takes charge and the frustration may be vented out on anything that comes in the way, in the form of rage. Thus, I present to you brief elaborations on some of our most common emotions : Anger, joy, sorrow, scare. Enjoy reading !
