The People Around You….a humorous take (Part III)

Hey reader! This is the last part of the series of ‘The People Around You’. I am sure the previous 2 parts would have given you the idea of how this post will progress. Apparently, I believe there isn’t much left to say for an introduction to our characters, so let’s just begin… But surely there is one point to communicate that these characters are fictitious and are created only for reading and entertainment purposes. The success-o-meter. There are several kinds of meters-ammeters, voltmeters, speedometers (these are used for measuring current, voltage, speed of a vehicle) but in the human race, we have a special category of walking and talking meters. These are the success-o-meters, who will always ask you about your work, your progress and remind you that no matter how much you achieve, you can never satisfy them. I had come across a note in Reader’s Digest that talked about a mother looking at a toy for her child and asked the salesman about one toy which seemed to be very complicated to her.
